GTX 1060 Die Dimensions?

Hi,

Does anybody know what the dimensions of the GTX 1060 chip are? I know they're 200mm² (or so I've read) but since they are rectangular it's hard to tell. I need to put a copper shim on here but I'm not sure what size I need.

Preemptive reply to, "Why don't you just measure it?": Because I don't want to remove the stock cooler until I have all the bits and pieces here (including the shim). :p
 
The shim doesn't need to be the exact size of the die. You just need to make sure it's thick enough to clear the midplate. Or you can just remove the midplate so you don't need to use a shim.
