From the Steam sale for $10, for GTA IV complete pack, it looks like a pretty good deal, but I've been looking at the reviews for it and now I'm not sure if my comp can run it...

Would a G53JW-A1 with i7 740qm 6gb ram 460gtx be able to handle the game?

Not max'd out in any respect, but if you keep the draw distance/shadows down you should be able to run it perfectly fine.
