Grand Theft Auto 3 acting weird - mouse/camera keeps moving to the left

I borrowed GTA 3 from a friend, and I installed it and as soon as I start the game, after the cutscenes on the bridge, the camera keeps rotating around my player and I can't stop. It becomes extremely difficult to move though once I enter the car, the camera no longer rotates and is locked behind the car, allowing me to drive, however once I exit the car, the camera starts rotating around the player model.

So if anyone has any ideas, it would be helpful.

Sounds like your right analog stick is either messed up or stuck. Trying rotating it around a few times or switch controllers.

It's on PC. I don't have a right analog stick. :/

[edit]Nevermind, I've fixed it. Stupid button on my joystick was stuck, didn't notice til recently.
