Grado SR 125 vs AKG K 240 MK II

Hey all

I'm interested in buying new headphones that are around $150 and particularly I've found two options that seem to fit my needs:

1) Grado SR 125s - $150

or

2) AKG K 240 MK II - $149

I was wondering if anyone has any opinions on the two or a particular model they may recommend over these headphones.

I have never used anything from AKG but I do have a pair of Grado SR 80s and they are great. You might want to check out these DENONS. I tried out a pair at Guitar Center the other day and liked them.
