Thanks to LigTasm for the sudgestion.

Guys I am so excited to post this thread. So yesterday I finally got the x3440 I ordered from ebay, the chip looked practically brand new installed it was little worried it wont boot but it did. Booted with default settings played around a little bit did a small 30 minute stress test to see if it's stable at default just in case.

Now the fun begins so before on my i5 750 I needed 1.3 Vcore 1.21 VTT 1.9 PLL to be stable at 3.8 and up to 1.42 to be stable at 4.1 which I was using before swapping.

With this I booted at 3.6 with 1.16 Vcore 1.15 VTT and 1.8 PLL with all power saving features on and LLC disabled. mind you this is with 19x Multiplier not 20x like the i5.
So I was like surely this won't pass and stress test, 4 hours of IBT at maximum using all ram and 1 hour of normal proved me wrong, top this with another 1 hour of prime it didn't even flinch. Now I now that I didn't run them for long enough but it was late at this point and I just wanted to test out some games.

So I ran the 3 games that gave me the most noticeable stutter in my i5 them being, GTA V, Witcher 3, and Batman Arkham Knight will be testing more games later anyway, lo and behold the games ran butter smooth and I was not surprised in all these games in a lot of areas where my i5 750 choked I saw 70-90% usage on this chip.

Now I am not done not at all I am currently writing this from work I will be posting pictures when I get home also I will be overclocking more thing is this chip is hotter because of the hyper threading currently with this low voltage I am seeing 59-62 across all cores using IBT and Prime, so I know I still have little bit more headroom but not much I will be getting a Noctua NH-D15S later but currently I am good.

I will try to go for 3.8 tonight I have the feeling that this chip is capable of 4.2-4.4 easily I just wanna say I am so impressed with how well binned these Xeon chips are. so please stay tuned to this thread as I will be updating it.

Update to the OP as promised, so just got home bumped it up to 3.7 195x19 multi.

Sounds like you've got yourself a pretty good overclocker. My i7 870 needed ~1.33v for a stable 4GHz overclock.

So this is a late night update for me been tinkering around with the settings still need to do way more stress testing will do that tomorrow. Not gonna go for a higher Clock right now as you can see from the pics 1 of the cores is hitting 70C+ so gonna wait till I get a better cooler.
