Got an OEM DVD write w/ lightscribe...need compatible software?

The driver/api stuff is at lightscribe.com, they also have a few simplistic apps for artwork.
Something more full featured yet still free is SureThing Express SE 4.3 which is hosted on lightscribe.com but they removed the DL links from their page for some reason. (guess SureThing wants people to pay for the newer/full version)

I believe some free burning apps, like CDburnerXP have label functionality built-in as well.

Direct from Lightscribe itself. You'll still require actual labeling-capable software, of course, but that's the official driver/system software from Lightscribe.

Once you get the basic system software installed, an app like DVDScribe can do the label creation and burning, and it's open source aka free:

Read the comments and reviews about DVDScribe before starting to muck with it as some folks "just don't get it" while many others do.
