Google logged into some email

I was in google images and i look up at the right hand corner of the screen and see it's logged into an email i don't know. I check it out and it has only 5 mails a couple them talk about some forum none of them say anything important. Anyone got any ideas?

Well, it's your computer, which means someone logged into that account on it. The only other explanation is Google's servers fucked up massively, but I highly doubt that. Just log it out and you're good.

Run a thorough Malware scan. Other than that, I have no idea what would cause a stranger's account to magically be logged on at your computer
