Google Chrome weird issue?

Why is it as of late, everytime i open up chrome, my desktop icons flash and "refresh" i guess is a way to explain it while chrome loads? I tried to see if disabling GPU acceleration would fix it, but negetive.. Anyone else have this issue? I have 4 pc's in this room, and all 4 do the same thing.

I think this has been going on for a while. It's kind of random hit or miss for some users. I don't believe there has been any official fix for this. Some users said they've been able to update chrome and it fixed it. But some still report having issue with the latest update. You can try looking into the chrome hidden setting chrome://flags/. Not to sure which one might help.
