good used laptop site?

whats a good site to buy a good used laptop from? im looking for an affordable p3 500-700 laptop. also, between dell and ibm which is better, im leaning towards ibm.

There are some cheap IBM refurbished laptops on their website. No P3 tho, mostly 1.8Ghz P4s
