Good Gains to Be Had for Kernel 4.11 and Mesa 17.1

AMD Cards using open source and getting ever closer to matching Nvidia closed source drivers in their respective weight classes according to recent benchmarks. The RX480 was even matching the 1060 on a few tests. It may not seem like much but even 6 months ago this was a much different story. It has been an awesome time for the open source drivers lately.
