Good free FTP server client? *windows*

What is a good "free" FTP client for WindowsXP?
I want to host a server off my one computer.
I want to be able to access it from a remote location

I've tried Mozilla FTP and it gave me some trouble. It worked and didn't at the same time.

I am still attached to smartFTP, but now I have FedoraCore in a VM-machine prefer just good old ftp
 
I use SmartFTP... seems to work well and do everything I need it to do...
