Good cooler for corsair spec 01 and mini itx board

Hyper 212 will not fit. I have a corsair spec 01 case and a gigabyte z97n gaming 5 itx board. I know lol, but I just recently transferred everything from a corsair 250d. Looming for a good low cost cooler. The stock one sucks. Not looking to overclock, just get Temps down. Any suggestions? Thanks.

What about the Noctua NH-L12 (You didn't define what 'low cost' is in $$$ or £££, so I'm having to guess what your budget might be!!!)
 
You might want to look into any entry level AIO coolers if budget is a concern. I'm sure any basic AIO cooler would still be better than a stock cooler.
