Good and free photo album

Looking for a very good and free album software. Something that has a search feature and more.
If anyone knows please post a link and thank you in advance! :)
 
Even PC Magzine loves Picasa. They pretty much say it's the best. It's from Google. It's gonna be good.

My first problem.
I choose my pictures and all the folders to be viewed and now some folders wont show up in the album and some pics from the albums wont. Any ideas?
