Going to be purchasing a TV - Advice

The TV I have right now is super crappy. No audio and very grainy. Also, it is only a 20".

I have a budget of $400. So I have 2 HDTV that I am interested in purchasing.

One is the Advent 27" HT2778A. The other is a 27" Magnavox 27MT5405.

So both are 27 inch HDTV ready monitor with at least an S Video for my simple HTPC setup.

As of current, I am satisfied with my old 20" that I am replacing in regards of the HTPC video quality. I just play movies and music, so it is working just fine.

I will be hooking up my PS2 onto the TV, so that is also a factor.

Out of these 2 units, which should I go for? Will be picking it up from a local Circuit City. The Advent is $359 and the Magnavox is $379

check out the major department stores close out specials, i got a 30" samsung 16:9 HDTV from sears cheap last year a few days after the hollidays with the returns. Open box sale after the hollidays in most cases is a dream come true for me lol
 
Yea, I will be doing that today. But given the space that I will be placing the TV, 27" is the biggest TV that will fit.
