Gigabyte Z590 Aorus Ultra bios update

Can't figure out how to update from F2 to F4. I've downloaded F4 from Gigabyte site but their program won't update.
Anyone with this board have any guidance?

Update - Bios flashed to F4 so all good.
CPU is QS, so board still does not recognize it as such, so I can't OC it.
Debating how important being able to do that is to me.
