Gigabyte RTX 2080 Windforce - Weird fan noise

My gpu makes that noise in the first fan but only with a low speed, if I leave my computer horizontally, it does not make any noise regardless of the speed of the fan. It only happens vertically, and it does not seem to have any bad adjusted fan.

I do not have any problem with the gpu, it works perfectly and I do not have problems with the temperatures either, but that noise is produced from the first week (it's been 1 month since I got it) and I do not know if I should worry about it

That's not an issue unless you plan on keeping the card at the noisy angle. It's SLIGHTLY colliding with other parts of the frame or heat sink because it's slightly out of tolerance in a single dimension.

I've had fans do this that last years, as long as you mostly run it in the "no noise" angle
