Gigabyte 3080 OC 10gig vs 3090ti?

So mine is 14% (1440p). So if my 3080 is pumpin and dumpin at 150fps...I could get an extra 21fps. Thanks PIMP DAWG!

Not really. 3090ti is %22 faster on average

3080 10G at 150fps would see a 3090ti at 33 fps faster. So over 50% higher the the 20fps you assumed.
Of course the is a 1080/1440/4K average and depending on settings and game the 3080 10G could start to hit its head on the lowly ram limit.
1440p it's 14% higher. 14% of 150 fps is 21fps. Unless I'm wrong.

Well to be exact that would be 16% faster for the 3090 TI over the 3080. Some people get confused when they try to look at the graphs there and when they see a GPU at 50% and another at 100%, they think it's just 50% faster when in reality that is 100% faster as it's twice the performance. Essentially you just take the GPU that's at 100% and divided by what other GPU you're comparing in this case would be 86% and that comes out to be a hair over 16%.

Anyone click on my link? Stop making the 3090ti the baseline. Make the 3080 the baseline (eg, 100%) then you can see the % improvement. You don't start with your baseline at 86% then extrapolate up. WTF?
Relative performance 3080 100%. 3090ti 122%.

Pay more attention to your own link as that is for 4k and we are talking about 1440p. And good grief it is pretty simple to extrapolate in any direction.
