Ghidra not open

Hello, I installed Ghidra on my Pc windows 10 64 bits, and when opening it occurs error Can you help me?
I installed the program but it is giving an error when opening:
Error - IP Helper Library GetIpAddr Tablet function failed.
What can it be? thank you
