What can you do if a program's uninstaller doesn't work? Is there a way to read the executable to extract and manually exercise the deletion process?

Download Microsoft Fix It for uninstalling applications. If the uninstalled program is not listed in the program, you can find the GUID in the registry, type it in, and the fix it will remove it from Windows.

They are some uninstall tools that can do this. It will first try to use the official uninstaller, then if that don't work it will force it and then also search the registry and remove the keys also. There are a few programs out there that do this such as:

Thanks, I will check out everyone's suggestions.

Re-install it.. Then Uninstall it.
