What would you people recommend?
I dont overlock at all, my computer is used for webdesign, heavy intenret usage and light graphics and some Counter Strike.

I need something stable and fast, and willing to spend about 200$ max.
I have a Soyo KT400 Ultra Platinum right now, and this crap is incompatible with other stuff.

I have:

AMD 2000+
AGP Radeon 9600 XT
1024 of RAM (all DDR)
and then the rest of the usual computer compenents.

If someone can recommend me something off this, i appreciate your input.
edit:
I should include I'm running a 5gb, a 40gb and a 30gb hardisks right now, along with two cd drives.

the 30gb is on a RAID IDE port, but I plan on moving this out to a new case after the new mobo gets here.

IF you are going to continue to run a AthlonXP platform, I would suggest the Abit NF7S-2.0 It retails for a little over $100 on newegg.

NForce2 Ultra 400:
Shuttle AN35N Ultra - $69
DFI Ultra Infinity - $102
DFI LANParty NFII Ultra B - $151
SIS 748:
Gigabyte GA-7S748-L - $59
VIA KT600:
Asus A7V600-X - $73

All should be perfectly stable at stock speeds.
The Gigabyte 748 has a soldered on BIOS chip and the Asus KT600 has 2 SATA ports that shouldn't be used for hard drives if you can help it.
