Why do you even reply to me. We won't see eye to eye. I'm sorry you live in your naive bubble and can't see how it really is. I'm not saying every black person is like that. I work with many that are good people. Just black list me and move on.

I welcome you to read the FCC's neverending chain of complaints. You'll catch such gems as "sodomy", or "the homosexual agenda", or "not representing christian values". Care to guess what political party these people vote for?

How long ago was that? I was born and lived under a communist regime, my grandfather had an official certificate of poverty from the then government. Yet I'd never presume to blame my current social and financial situation on that heritage. If anything I should be stronger for it, not weaker. Blaming past transgressions against black communities is an easy escape from accountability, nothing more.

I don't disagree with what you say but your assertions lack scope. What your are describing are the results of problems causes by social engineering. YES. People showing up and saying "We are from the government and we are here to help you." This is the welfare state and the genesis of all theses social ills can be traced directly back to it. BEFORE this black american families statically were similar to white americans in marriage rates and academic achievement for children.

If you don't work and earn the dollars in your pocket, then those dollars have little value. If you are having kids so you can draw more welfare, you will have little love for those children. If the father(s) are pushed out of the home to maximize benefits, then the children are robbed of a real family. It is very difficult for a single poor women to try to raise boys to be men and not many women are strong handed enough to deal out the discipline boys often need. This was always the role of the father. You have to teach a boy to be a Man. That takes a Man who has a vested interested in the betterment of his children. If the boy does not find a male father figure in his home, he will find on the streets. In the worst cases, these were gang leaders, drug dealers, etc. IF your role model is a thug; then you will be a thug. That is the "Thug Life". It typically leads to a early "Thug Death" also. This all started in the 60s and now generation after generation have grown up in this cycle. This is why you see such ridiculous entitlement minded people. The are "owed" a living because this is all they know.

Well the reason more blacks than whites are killed by police is because blacks are the most violent demographic in the US. They commit the most murders, so how is it surprising that police are likely going to respond more to calls involving criminals of African descent? Bring out a police response more often and the more frequently you're going to have to deal with them. I'm sure Asians have an even lower rate of death by police than whites, because they commit the least murders.

You are comparing apples to lemons.

They are making those complaints within the system and in a perfectly legal way.

They aren't rioting in the streets and assaulting the people that they disagree with like the unhinged liberal are doing.

If you want to make a direct comparison, show me the conservative rioters.

I see that you're one of those people that labels others as racist, sexist, homophobic, etc.. if they disagree with you. I'm not even a trump supporter and see what you wrote as ridiculous. And on the contrary, both sides are worth listening to. It doesn't matter if they are left or right. It is good to try and see things from different viewpoints.

People actually need to learn what the powers of a president are, post nixon presidential powers are more curtailed to constitutional powers the president's main role in US politics today is foreign affairs; which is comical that Trump is suppose to be that person. Major legislation is though congress, budget is though congress pretty much all forms of major domestic change come from congress now of days. The best a president can do is bring up an issue to congress to focus on. Of Course if congressmen will ever admit to it instead of lopping off blame to "party A" or "president" is another thing. A president's power to change the domestic landscape has to come from the confines of the preset law, depending on the specific area there is little or no leeway in interpretation.

Are you looking to start something here?

Since Trump isn't mentioned anywhere in this article and the article is completely focused on an issue in Germany, I don't see any relevence to your comment except an extremely poor effort in the Trolling Department.

It would seem the comment "Don't start something, Won't be nothing" is applicable here.

Actually, someone must be asleep cause this thread hasn't been locked and your post hasn't been removed.

Sort of depends, have you seen good examples of exactly what the Germans are actually upset over regarding these comments?

Here in the US, you can get away with quite a lot compared to many other countries. But you can't get away with actually inciting revolution, you can't get away with blatant sedition, sedition is on the books and it's enforced. How close are these comments that are drawing German Police responses to this exact same thing, if not against the German Government, then against specific peoples by race, religion, whatever?

If I remember correctly, this is actually a false statement.

    https://www.nytimes.com/2017/03/14/technology/germany-hate-speech-facebook-tech.html

If I remember correctly, there is a serious discrepancy in this reporting. On the one hand, you have posted comments that are illegal by German law. On the other hand, you have comments that have been "flagged" by users as violating German law. Just because some user flags a comment it doesn't mean the comment is actually illegal, so saying that Facebook "deleted just 39% of illegal hate speech" is actually false. The actual comment is that "Facebook managed to delete 39 percent in the time frame sought by the German authorities ............................................................... of all content flagged"

Those earlier reports didn't say this was 39% of illegal content, it was saying that Facebook removed 39% of what users had flagged. just because a user flags a comment it doesn't mean that the comment is illegal or that Facebook must delete it, only that Facebook is responsible for looking at it and deciding if it is illegal or not, and if so, deleting it.

    When you look at it from this point of view, the opening comment takes on a new light;
Eventually becomes a very subjective word in the article. I would be asking the reporter to quantify "eventually" with a little more definition.

Dude im pretty sure he is being sarcastic. He is pointing out the ridiculous nature of people calling Trump fascist while we see here a real or damn near closer to real fascist action of raiding and arresting people for speech.

Thats how I picked it up...

I'm also not even going to bother with trying to debate with progressives or liberals. Seeing the amount of shit these unbelievably stupid scum bags have been doing (antifa, BLM, evergreen state nuts) has made me lose all desire to debate because there is no point. These people are mentally ill. I can only hope once these kids grow up a little they will see how insane they've become and settle down. But if they want to start some violent conflicts they will start something they will have no chance of winning.

I don't know how you come to the conclusion that he is trying to be sarcastic because I don't see any relationship between his comment and the article and as far as I see, he didn't make one. It looks like a completely off the wall comment without any relevance whatsoever.

In fact, even after your explanation I don't see any relevance. See, until you see the exact nature of the speech that has the Polizei out kicking in doors, I don't know how you can say the Germans are wrong doing it.

That's how I picked it up.

As far as progressives and liberals and other "titles" go. I don't do titles.

Titles are just signs people hang around other people's necks as an excuse to kick them in the ass.

I want to be an asshole to someone, so I'll just hang this title on them, and then everyone else will look the other way.

Exactly why it seems like sarcasm to me..

As far as the rest of your post goes I shouldnt even bother because it's just silly. You realize those people label themselves right? That's the first thing they like to point out. I don't associate myself with a title but Im not going to act all high and mighty when people use common phrases, especially if the people in reference apply it to themselves first.

Oh I knew there were stories like this, I just wanted to see which one's you would cite as examples so I could do my homework on them to make sure they arent contrived bullshit sourced from breitbart/infowars.

You see the problem with assuming these stories are accurate is that they rely on an interesting contradiction of personalities. Basically you're accusing a bunch of snowflake tree hugging hipsters who need their daily skinny latte's and safe spaces to also be iron fisted violent extremists. The shoe just doesnt fit. I've learned the distrust most anything that comes from a conservative because they rely on infodumps, i.e. facebook style right-wing spam that they circulate with such regularity it becomes fact, and requires great lengths to debunk, only to have another infodump throw into the fray. It takes considerably more effort to disprove something than it does to make wild accusations. But now that I have your 2 examples that I have loosely heard of here or there I am going to do my due diligence and make sure they are legit, something I doubt you did when you posted them.

Wut? The Supreme court just agreed to hear two cases pertaining to the travel ban which in turn ridded some of the preliminary injunctions against the travel ban not all injunctions but certain ones in particular you can read their opinion below, no ruling needed, irrc the actual cases will be heard sometime in october. Most of the ban is still on hold...

So you prefer to not believe your lying eyes if you don't like the source?

How about some from CNN (AKA Communist News Network)? Will that meet your 'standards? If not, please enlighten me as to who you feel is believable, and I'm sure I can find the same things from your "trusted sources".

Typically as tack on charges. If you're doing a low level drug like that, you'll probably get a slap on the wrist. Carry a weapon illegally, get pulled over while on drugs, or shop life while on drugs, or look like you're in a gang - well, chances are you're going to have that charge stick.

Not to mention the propaganda claiming that police are out to get you if you're black. Resulting in routine checks becoming violent confrontations, when the guy pulled over refuses to cooperate.
Note: The police react the same way when a white person refuses to cooperate or approach with aggressive demeanor. But that doesn't make the cut for regressive news™

Not to mention the leaked hidden video that just dropped of John Bonifield the CNN producer whos admitting on hidden camera that all the russia shit is just for ratings and theres absolutely no evidence of anything. Video is on reddit.

That shit is statistically bullshit, proven easily time and time again. But dont try to tell BLM or antifa kids or any college progressives that. They have people thinking we live in some crazed racist nation. Not only are whites killed around twice as much then blacks some years but people seem to forget that police shootings typically happen with the criminal population, not the total population.

So comparing white population numbers as a whole with blacks doesn't make sense. Of course with 160m more whites in the US the numbers will looked skewed. But when blacks are responsible for the majority of crime the numbers get much closer. The whole idea that there is an army of racist cops out there targeting blacks is a fallacy created by the media and it does exactly what they want it to do - divide people.

Oh no, nothing from CNN, but again you make it easy to assume you're using biased sources when you refer to something as Communist News Network. There's typically only one kind of person who uses terms like this. Essentially I'll just look for a mix of non-mainstream (yet esteemed and reliable) major news networks and cross reference their stories with some social media accounts on the same issue, for example reddit sources and the comments within to see if there's a trove of "well actually here's what REALLY happened" to filter out the junk.

If it turns out to be true then great, but I'm not going to take the word of someone who probably uses "libtard" on a regular basis and then throws down a link or two to back it up as the gospel. Like I said it's a common strategy to manipulate people. The mere act of posting a link adds instant credibility. It has been shown before you can post deliberately false information with a link that actually refutes your own claim and people wont even click the link, they'll just assume "well gosh he wouldnt post a link unless it was true, so I'll just assume that it is"

Oh PLLLLEEEEEESSSEEE..... "well actually here's what REALLY happened"?

The videos clearly show what '"really happened", unless you think your eyes are lying to you.

Those riots have been covered by just about every new organization on the planet.

They aren't animation, they aren't CGI, they are videos taken of the actual events.

How about YOU prove that the events that I posted the videos of didn't occur.

And I mentioned it earlier, that the admins must be asleep or something cause they have
So we both have a different take on the guy's post, no biggie right.

And I don't think my post was silly either. You know how many times someone on this forum has called me a conservative and then gone on to label me a bible thumper etc. A 'title" in the way I am using it isn't a phrase, it's exactly what I said it was. An excuse used to be assholes to other people.

But even with our differences I think we both have enough common ground to recognize that there are more then enough people out there being assholes to others and they feel justified in doing it.

Yep, absolutely. No issues here. I agree. I fall much more right on most things and I'm sure it wouldn't take much for someone to label me in a similar manner. But I definitely agree that people use those definitions as a catalyst for insults.

Typically I would say it's usually accurate only because so many people self identify, but I would never turn away from a respectful conversation or debate with someone I would consider any of those opposing terms. I just find it's rare that those occur unfortunately. Lots of that can be due to mob mentality when in public venue and of course the online aspect of things is always hard to keep civil
