GeForce RTX 4070 Super reviews

Hi guys,

I would like to buy a GeForce 4070 Super as a replacement for my old GTX 1070 for my new gaming rig. Do you have any recommendations for me? Here are some specs that I need:
  • good quality card
  • good cooling system with triple fans
  • I prefer a 2 slot card, but 2.5 slot would also be ok --> max 50 mm of height
  • it would be nice if it would be white (my Fractal Torrent Nano is white), if not then black
  • LEDs are nice to have
For now my favorites are:
  • Asus ProArt GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER OC Edition
    • 2.5 slot, 50 mm high
    • 3 fans, 90 mm of diameter each
    • it's not white, but black is also okay
    • no LEDs
  • Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER EAGLE OC ICE 12G
    • 2.5 slot, 50 mm high
    • 3 fans but only 80 mm diameter
    • it's white
    • LEDs
Actually I would prefer to buy Asus because of better fans.
I was also looking for:
  • Inno3D GeForce RTX 4070 Super X3 OC, or
  • MSI GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER VENTUS 3X OC
but I found some not so good reviews of their cooling systems. Especially there are some problems with theirs fans failures.
Any recommendations?
Thanks a lot for any answer;)

You didn't find this one?

Asus is perhaps the best, Zotac also has something,Trinity is great

And the kind I have, only black,it's not extra in terms of cooling, noise, but it's satisfactory, if you don't mind undervoltage and you have a sufficiently airy case, then it's a good choice, and only two slots, very compact and small.

Others are mostly bigger.

Zotac Trinity has an amazing cooler. Prices will likely vary but Zotac will most likely be cheaper by $20-40.
I have had several zotac cards (their cheaper versions) and they were all very good, I was not disappointed, the more expensive ones like Trinity must therefore be great in terms of cooling and everything else.

The trinity card is too wide for his liking. It is 58.5mm wide.

I have the Gigabyte Windforce OC version which is similar to the Eagle posted above just in black. It works fine. I haven't had any issues with it.

I wouldn't take eagle, it's gigabyte's entry level, I'm not saying it's bad, but asus or msi gaming x slim white are better, or maybe zotac twin edge oc white.
From gigabyte aero oc or gaming oc rtx 4070 super

Thank you for your answers.
So I need to decide between Asus Proart and MSI Slim X.

I have Fractal Design Torrent Nano Case with 2x Noctua A12x15 at the bottom of the case. This two fans are pulling the air form outside of the case and blowing on the GPU. Without additional fans at the bottom of the case, any GPU would run hot in this case.

There is also a possibility to modify the front fan for better GPU cooling, but it's another topic.

So I now I tend to buy Asus ProArt because of good cooling with large fans and general build quality.
