That 128-bit memory interface really hurts it as well. I've heard rumors that the 8600M GT's performance will be roughly on par with the Go 7900gs. (makes sense, but take with a grain of salt)
So basically, we have to choose between high-end DX9 (7950GTX) or mid-range DX10 (8600M GT). Meh, I'll wait for the mobile 8800 (8900?) later this year.

Hope Dell puts out one in a small laptop soon (11 to 14inch) my work is ready to buy me a laptop, I'm just waiting for this Santa Rosa and/or 8xxx series laptops. I hate waiting!! Wish laptops were easily upgradeable like PCs
