Geforce 780 vs 2x 6950's

How would the Geforce 780 perform compared to 2x 6950's?

I game on 30" 2560x1600.

Would I get a nice boost with the 780 or should I wait until next gen? (When is that?)
 
GTX 780 will perform better than your 6950s. the thing its, anyway will be good to wait.. the next AMD cards comes in october (according to rumors..). with the the new cards maybe the nvidia cards will receive a drop in prices or even better the new 9000 series will perform equal or similary to the 780/Titan with lower prices, thats what are many of us waiting to see before purchase a new card at this time.
