Garry's Mod 10 to be released via Stem tomorrow!

I might get it but i'm going to be waiting on some reviews from people to see how it runs and if what they addded is worth buying.
 
I've been out of the loop for a while now. Since when do you have to pay for it?
 
And what does it do exactly? Last time I messed with it I was just able to do weird stuff.

YOu ahven't had to pay for it from Garry's Mod 9 and down. Garry's Mod 10 is the one you have to pay for. Since suppposedly they added a lot more stuff. And they've been working on it for a while. They said Garry's Mod 9 and down were all just demos of 10. So they must off added somehting really good to it to charge for it.
 
I'm tempted to buy it but I'm really not creative and never really made anything original or good in GM 9.. dunno
