Bioshock is up there for me too, but I'm anxiously waiting for Crysis. The graphics and the gameplay, just seem awesome.

Half Life 2: Orange Box? It will be fun to play through HL2, Ep1, and Ep 2 all at one time with retouched graphics, portal, TF2 and acheivements on tthe 360.

Spore and C&C 3 have my attention. Unfortunately my 360 and it's upcoming releases have more of a pull.

Edit: OOO OOO! The HL1 black mesa mod for HL2, looks schweet.
