Having trouble finding what I'm looking for. I want to be able to connect my phone to the 4k monitor. I've got the THX calibration app on my phone I would like to use to tweak my Philips 4K tv.. any suggestions?
 
Miracast is your only option, as the S7 Edge does not support MHL - HDMI.
 
Yeah Samsung went all douchey and they have their own low-power bluetooth connection system that only works with newish models of their TVs.

To be fair, Miracast does work beautifully and your TV probably supports it no probs.
