GA-G33M-DS2R raid0 driver question

Some background: I installed what I thought were the right raid drivers onto the hdds and set up a RAID0. But, after booting the computer, it said one of the hdds had an error. So, i disconnected the other hdd and ran the WD diagnostic check on the hdd. It said it was fine, so I'm assuming i installed the wrong drivers.

Does anyone know which driver i should chose to load onto the floppy before installing the os? There is a list of about 10 to choose from. Also, during the OS installation, after pressing "F6" there is a list of about 4 to choose from as well. Does anyone know which of these four i should choose? Thanks a bunch,

These drives are WD 750GB drives BTW (7500AAKS I think)

INTEL(R) 82801HEM SATA RAID CONTROLLER (MOBIE ICH8M-E)
INTRL(R) 82801HEM/HBM SATA AHCI CONTROLLER (MOBIE ICH8M-E/M)

My question is which ones should I choose. Thanks,

@ F6 prompt since you want raid0.
 
Any input please? It takes like 4 hours to format these drives so I'd like to do this right so i wont have to do it again. Thanks a bunch,
