So, I finally built my first new system in ages. All went well except it appears I made a mistake and ordered the wrong memory that's not on the mobo's supported memory list. It's only running at 2133 and since it's been ages since I've gone and messed timings in the BIOS. I'm wondering if anyone can give me a few recommended settings to try using. BIOS is also flashed to latest version of F3. Thanks

So far I've been able to get the system running at 2933MHz with this memory and 3.8GHz overclock. Followed this user's video on their setup and so far I've matched most of their settings with success. System kept freezing when I had the memory at 3200, but seems stable at 2933 so far. Still debating whether to switch to supported memory, but it could be moot with current pricing on memory I guess if this setup stays stable.

With previous bios I was able to get 3200 stable using two 8GB single rank g. Skill hynix m-die sticks rated at 2800.

With F3 I can still get there, but the system eventually crashes (despite a few clean memtest86 runs--not enough I guess).

That said, running 2933cl14-15-15 I get better benches than 3200cl16-18-18, so I'm fine leaving it at 2933.
