Drives me nuts. How/where do I set this up? I was able to do that with my G500, which took a dumb on me, so I picked up the G500s in its place and for the love of god, I can't find this option available anywhere.

With G500, I could just highlight random text anywhere on the screen (doesn't matter if it was a pdf, doc, browser), click the thumb button and it would search for that word or phrase in my default browser. Now with G500s, I can't seem to be able to find this option. Logitech Gaming Software doesn't seem to list that as an option, and Logitech SetPoint doesn't even recognize my new mouse. Ideas?

It's probably something stupid I overlooked.

Mapping buttons is a function of the mouse software. If it's not being recognized/recognized properly, you may need to uninstall, reboot, install the latest versions. Quite often, software only scans for hardware during installation and won't recognize changes after it's been in use.
