G.Skill Trident RGB - Not lighting up before Windows starts

For some reason, when I start my rig, the RAM RGBs are not coming on in their default . They just stay dark until Windows and the RGB software loads.

It use to be that the RAM RGBs would come on no matter what in the BIOS, before Windows boots.

Any ideas?
