Check out SilverStone line of HTPC Cases I know they make Full ATX HTPC cases. I have a SilverStone LC-20B (Which was sadly DC'ed) (I was looking to downsize so PM me if you are interested in the case)
Neweggs SilverStone Store
How about this Thermaltake case? It's slimline, uses riser for video card and other PCI cards, and can fit full ATX as well as regular sized power supply.
Antec Fusion Max is an ATX case.
It wouldn't fit without it, as the expansion slot openings run horizontally, it does fit full-height cards though (the primary reason for using a riser) it will even fit dual-slot cards. (It's extremely important that your PCIe x16 slot is the 6th from the bottom for it to fit correctly)Thats a little more like it, but what would be the best graphics card you could fit in there? any cards designed for slim htpc cases?
Is the riser only for PCI and PCIE?, not sure how a PCIE card would fit without it.

Which is good since the current "best" HTPC video cards are the Radeon 5xxx series, since the 5xxx series radeon cards will pass HD bitstream audio over HDMI. They do however take up two slots. (The 5750 is the cheapest, close in performance to the 4850 but consuming even less power)
Also if you look at thermaltakes page, they say the max CPU cooler height is 70mm.
Thanks for the info, i'm not sure if it's the 6th from bottom, but it's the Asus P5Q-E i'll be using, anyway to check without sticking it in a case?
Look around. The smallest case that takes a full ATX board I am aware of is the Silverstone LC-04. I believe Silverstone also makes a PCIe16x riser for it.
Thats not bad either, but wouldnt the latest ones ship with a PCIE riser? I would thought that would be standard.
Also would this also need the PCIE slot to be the 6th from bottom ?
Thats a really nice case, but the price is far higher then im willing to pay, allot of of system is being put together with spare parts so really not looking to spend that much, just trying to decide on a case for everything.
