I have an AIW 9800 PRO NTSC (built by ATI) that I would like to trade with an AIW 9800 PRO PAL version.

I live in Turkey now, and this card came as a present.
I've used it like 2 hours, and packed it back, since its NTSC..


I know this is a long shot, but worth a try :)
 
All the shipping will probably cost your more than buying a New TV Tuner.:p

And you still can use it to play games. :D
 
whoops, missed the whole "aiw" part.

doubt you can modify the tuner :eek:
 
naah, each party would probably pay around $15-$20 in shipping, nothing much...

I would keep it, but I already have a 9800 PRO
 
it will work just fine.

Or you can use TVTool to set it from NTSC/PAL or regular windows options, go to displays -> TV, and find the regional settings there.


Remember NTSC/PAL is software only, not hardware.

I used TVTool on my Ti4200 to set it to PAL many times, to convert video from NTSC to PAL. NTSC Firewire in, Svideo pal out to my vcr ;p
