I was lucky enough to receive this card and it has worked great for the past 4 months. I have only attempted once to overclock it, but decided against since I don't really care to push it. It has been on stock 'auto scaling' basically out of the box settings. I decided to downsize to a lesser GPU so I can buy a new mb/processor and mod my new case!
The part number is #ZT-P10810D-10P, it comes with the original packaging and inserts as seen in the attached photos.
