All used components have been tested and re-boxed. Items stated as Brand New have not been opened and are factory new. Before shipment, boxes will be tamper evident sealed with serial numbered taper tape for your protection and mine. I will accept unopened returns post marked within 5 business days after receipt, buyer pays return shipping with full insurance. Once received and verified unopened, I will fully refund payment. Opened returns will incur a 15% fee upon refund, and must be shipped back within 5 business days. If the item is sent back in a non-working condition or the product serial number does not match what I sent you, I will not refund you. I can provide additional pictures of items as requested. I can also send timestamped pictures of the item for sale fully functioning upon request before sale/shipment.
Buyer must show some sort of buyer/seller feedback with a linked username and/or be a well established member on this forum.
All components have been handled with ESD safe tools, mats, and ground monitoring station while in my possession. I am IPC & ESDA certified with a BSE-CE. Buyer assumes proper handling of the equipment once in possession. I will ship items in a well padded cardboard box with the components in ESD safe bags as applicable. Shipping is via UPS Ground + Insurance + Tracking. I usually ship out 1 business day after payment is received since I'm close to a UPS Store. If you want a faster shipping method, I can calculate the shipping cost for you with your address, but the buyer will pay the extra fees for expedited shipping.
