FS: Verizon HTC One M8 or trade for AT&T version

I'm switching jobs and my new employer uses AT&T, so I need to trade in my Verizon HTC One M8.

It's only about 4 months old, the screen is almost perfect (there's a .5 cm scratch in the lower corner that I only noticed when I was cleaning it to take pictures), but there are a few dings on the back cover.

The phone works great, hasn't been rooted, and comes with the original charger and cord.

The easiest thing for me would be a direct trade for an AT&T M8, but I will take $325 (shipped) via PayPal.

the verizon version is unlocked, it works with at&t

From what I was told it won't do AT&T's 4G LTE band.
