FS: USB 1-16x Powered Risers

LOL! Yeah, if you're selling a lot of 20 then perhaps you did buy a few too many.

For the record, I'm not laughing "at you", more as in "with you"...I'm actually in a similar situation. :)
 
I've been curious to know how these work, exactly. I might be interested in some.

These have a 16x PCI-e connector that will accept your video card and plug into a 1x-16x PCI-e slot on the other end. The USB cable connects the two pieces.
There is a A1 to B17 PCI-e presense built into the board.
They also have a molex connector for power.
 
I'm also interested in the workings. Is there a pci-e to usb chip on either end or is the usb wire just used as some sort of pass through?
 
The USB is used to transfer data. A USB 3.0 cable has the same number of data wires as a PCI-e 1x lane.

Pretty sure there is no chip or whatsoever controller. Just the USB cable being used as a pass through cable like you have said.
