Bump for looking. I've got the Typhoon VX for my Opty 185 and it works great. Does the non-VX work with Socket 939? I'm not sure.

yes. The only sockets besides slotted types that are non compatible are Socket 1156 and 1366. I have had this on a socket A, S775 and AMD 2+ without problems.

I would have bought the cooler if it was two days ago, got one brand new on ebay for $28, bump for you.
