Here's another Dell L400 up for sale or trade.

This one has been totally refurbished with a new keyboard, new palmrest, hinges, touchpad, powerstrip, CDROM/DVD cable, CPU/chassis fan, and hinge covers.
The LCD has NO scratches and NO dead pixels, everything is in full working order..
As you can see from the pics it's in absolutely superb condition, looks almost new bar a couple of insignificant scratches on the cover which didn't show up with my camera.

The L400 have a Magnesium-alloy casing to protect the LCD and the underside of the machine, they're ultra portable and are lightweight and very strong.

The L400 is exactly the same machine as the 2100, the only difference is the case-badge.

Kris - I tend not to include HDDs with laptops anymore, I rarely get drives with them and don't really like selling drives that have been moved around a lot.
