Looking to sell my HP Pavilion DV12310US Entertainment laptop. First up the specs, then the deal.

60GB 4200rpm Hard Drive

I've installed a clean OEM copy of Windows XP Home to go along with the CD-Key for this unit and activated it successfully. The unit is up-to-date with Microsoft as far as Windows Update goes. I've also installed Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 which has a full year's subscription on it.
Overall the notebook is clean save for a few rather minor scratches on the top bezel from everyday use. There are no dead pixels or scratches on the LCD. The only issue I've ever had with this is that sometimes the one USB port acts funny and doesn't always work properly.
The laptop ships with the 65W HP A/C Adapter, 6-Cell HP battery, and earbud headphones.
I'll throw in a Microsoft 4-Port USB 2.0 hub to make up for it.
What I'm looking for here is to get $300 shipped for it as far as a sale goes. As for trades, what I'm looking for is a PS3 (preferably backwards compatible). Other than a PS3, I'm looking for a cantilever tv mount fot a 37"+ LCD plus some cash. Transactions are done via PayPal with verified emails only. Any CC payments via paypal, buyer covers fees.
