I have a Synology DS-1812+ 8-bay NAS with 8 (eight) 8TB Western Digital hard drives included for sale! This NAS is in great working condition and has been updated to the latest version of the Synology DSM. The hard drives included are free of bad sectors or S.M.A.R.T. errors, and this unit works flawlessly. I ran this array in Synology Hybrid Raid mode, and was easily able to saturate gigabit Ethernet. This unit ships in its original packaging with the drives pre-installed. Selling because I upgraded to an enterprise disk shelf I got from work.

These WD drives were all shucked from WD EasyStore external hard drives over the course of a couple months. These drives were purchased at retain from Best Buy and the white-label drive is functionally identical to the other seven drives. Western Digital simply rebranded the drives inside these EasyStore externals because people were shucking them and selling the drives for a profit. These drives are approximately 18 months old. The NAS has been wiped and reset to factory defaults.

Asking $1200 shipped. SOLD Open to reasonable offers!

Shipping is included within the continental United States. PayPal preferred.

    Heatware under NobleX13(187-0-0).
