I would prefer to sell the entire server, but will consider breaking it down if there are no buyers. I am currently running ESXi 6.0 on it. The server resides in a datacenter and has never crashed. Some parts are newer than others. Below is a break down of all the parts.
Chassis: Supermicro 2U 12-Bay Hot Swap with SAS/SATA Backplane & Redundant 750 watt PSU
Motherboard: Asus KCMA-D8 with iKVM Module installed
Processors: Dual Opteron 4280 2.8 GHz 8-Core
Memory: 128 GB DDR3 ECC
RAID: LSI MegaRAID 9271-8i with BBU
SSDs: 8x Intel 320 Series 300GB
HDDs: 4x 1TB Hard Drives
This server is easily worth over $3k. I am looking to sell it for $1,500 plus $75 for shipping to 48 contiguous states. I will consider offers, although I am still on the fence about even selling it as this is my VMware lab server.
