Brand new in retail packaging $270 OBO, shipping in continuous US only. Had an issue with the first sets battery life in one bud so, Sennheiser sent me a new set. Since it's been 2 months and I haven't even opened the box, someone gets to save a few bucks over Amazon pricing.
