I have 5x 1TB and 2x 500GB Samsung 850 EVO mSATA drives available. These were purchased for an office wide upgrade, but the company decided on new laptops instead.

All of the 1TB are BNIB. One of the 500GB has been opened but not installed and the remaining two are BNIB.

These are some of the best and largest msata made. I've used both models in our thinkpads for sometime and they all work great.
