Selling my TV.
This TV was only used for watching movies, very sparingly.
The picture on this set is still outstanding, and has more settings then you can imagine for calibration. See here for a quick review:

I paid about $2000, and that was a hot deal at the time.

Asking $399... near Houston area
I have 100% ebay feedback jdawn11

bump. what is a reasonable price to sell this TV for?
It may be older, but image quality is still better then your run of the mill ~50" these days.

Tough call here. The TV is definitely older but a higher end TV when it was for sale. I do think that you can get a $500 TV these days (vizio's E series or even M series) for $500 to $600 which are considered budget but produce incredible picture quality. Honestly, I don't know what you should list it for, but I think $500 is asking a bit much.

Good luck!

I would say this set has better quality then the budget 50" sets, particularly colors, gamut, accuracy and blacks quality.

I bought a budget vizio 65" that I may be replacing it with, which I have already hung, however I will be returning it if I can't sell this 52" for a decent price.

This 52" clearly beats the vizio (2014 model) in colors and smoothness of darker scenes. Even after calibrating the vizio...

The smart tv features are cool though.

Thanks for the feedback!

$399 is about the lowest I will do.
I will just return the new tv and keep this one.
