I ended up picking up a 5900x finally, so the 5600x can go. Bought the 5600x at launch. Runs much cooler than my old 3600x.

Passing on the "savings" of unwanted combo memory to someone else . Memory was used briefly to ensure it ran at rated timings/speeds. I figured that was the easiest way to do a return if it was defective, but it worked fine.

This is about as good as it gets for cheap high end gaming! Wanted a 5900x/5950x but the 5600x I got decimates the 1080p high refresh competetive landscape at less than half the price for 95% of the performance in games.
