eazy_e It's an Intel PRO/1000 VT; this particular one is a Dell pull, part YT674. I will add a pic to the top post in a moment.

viper_0307 I've added pics to the third post. hard drives aren't installed in them right now. they're in good shape I think - I got them for a non-profit I work with, but they ended up going with Chromebooks instead.
 
monkstah I have uploaded CDI pictures for the HGST drives; they're all around 15 months or so.
 
Sorry meant to get back to you. Ebay had 2 sales with the 20% and 15% off coupons so I was able to get 2 6TB hds for $130 each. Thanks for providing the info on the HGSTs though. Great seller, responds quickly to questions. :)
