RTX 4090 Gaming OC. As I understand this is one of the few with a 600w capable bios onboard.

Long story short, back in 2009 the place I rented had electric heat. I decided that if electrons were going to be turned into heat, they should do useful work first. This was all pre-crypto (which I still haven’t ever screwed around with) and the only real DC project was Folding at Home. I had half a dozen multi processor rigs distributed around the house with clients that I could easily turn on and off as a thermostat. I also helped spread the gospel of hacking together watercooling for these Opterons we were playing around with and someone figured out how to overclock (Phenom II X6 Thuban era server gear). Ahhhh, good times.

It is a team vote (or was) from active [H]orde folders. Pocatello could eloborate if he's around and willing.

Also, good baseline deal on the 7900 XTX with the fleabay tax/overhead in mind. Actually curious how it folds now, lol.
