Before anyone comes in trying to say I should be posting in Scalpers Paradise like the last one this is retail w/tax. Frankly it's less since I'm eating the change.
If we are talking Newegg or Amazon retail then I'm $50 + the extra tax and Newegg shipping charge under retail. They both sell it for $1,699.99 when the actual msrp is $1,649.99.

I can provide receipt and last I've heard warranty with MSI is invoice based or based on the serial number and manufacturing date. So with/without an invoice you should be covered. Sold my first one locally and he used the invoice to register it. Don't think many people even bother registering products anymore unless it's actually required at time of RMA. lol Generally if you register something the serial then ties to you and if you sell it the next owner can't do anything with an RMA. So I tend to not register anything I intended to sell within the warranty term.
