My parents upgraded to an iPad Pro and no longer need their old iPad 2. It's a black 16GB model, with Verizon cellular. It is in great condition but does have one small bright spot on the display. It came from Apple like this and my parents never thought to have it replaced when it was under warranty. It is running iOS 9.3.5. Includes a 30-pin charging cable but it's a 3rd party cable, not from Apple.

You can see the bright spot on the screen in the first picture, about a 1/4 of the way down the screen on the left side.

I recently sold my iPad 3 (1st gen Verizon LTE) with IOS 6 still installed for $100. You may consider dropping the price a bit because IOS 9 runs dog slow on the iPad 2.
